21st CENTURY
COLLECTIVE FARM
2nd year spring semester project 2016
The idea of the project is to revive the collective farm idea. 21st Century Collective Farm implements smart agriculture which is used in the cultivation of a number of measures to improve that all parties would benefit as much as possible in plant production. The collective farm supports the local residents who want to deal with crop production, providing them with the opportunity to sell their production.
Collective farm brings 125 fields to prison territory which were previously located far away from the town center and gives the citizens a possibility to farm the fields.
The facility includes a hotel, a leisure centre, a concert area, a greenhouse, a museum, storages, a sports hall and a diving house. All of them, besides the diving house, are built inside the old prison buildings.
